LEXIE CANNES STATE OF TRANS — Kentucky state Senator C.B. Embry’s anti-trans Bathroom Bill is dead. This is according to Kentucky’s Fairness Coalition. Embry is a Republican and kept trying get the bill passed right up until the last day the legislature was in session but failed.
In Minnesota, state Senate Republicans have thus far managed to keep alive a once thought dead bill to overturn a trans-inclusive sports policy. The Minnesota state House proposed two anti-trans Bathroom Bills, one of which limits people to usage of the bathroom that matches their “chromosomes.” A review of recent Minnesota media reports did not provide the current status or further details of these House Bathroom Bills.
In Nevada, Republican Assemblywoman Victoria Dooling proposed her own Bathroom Bill for her state last month. It would require kids to use bathrooms that correspond to birth sex.

At this writing, the Bathroom Bills in Florida and Texas are still alive. We’re playing whack-a-mole and one of these bills may become law and ultimately resolved in court.

“Whack-A-Mole” Nice!
The thought it read: In Nevada, Republican Assemblywoman Victoria Dooling ‘droolingly’ proposed her own Bathroom Bill for her state last month. It would require kids to use bathrooms that correspond to birth sex.
