LEXIE CANNES STATE OF TRANS — My congrats to all the people who made the Trans 100 list for 2015. At this writing, I don’t have the entire list of winners since since the announcement festivities concluded just a mere few hours ago. But I do know I’m on the list. And I have you, my readers, to thank for this honor.

I’d also like to take a minute to thank the many of you who contacted me over the years with notes of appreciations for what I do. It’s gratifying to know what I do matters to people.

Most importantly, for every name in the Trans 100, there are likely dozens of equally deserving winners quietly living their lives out of the limelight, taking stands that benefits the trans community as a whole. While not everybody can be recognized, we all matter! My thanks everyone in the community that thrives to make a difference.

Once again, a round of applause to the Trans 100 winners and to all my readers!
