LEXIE CANNES STATE OF TRANS — In a long overdue case of turned tables, a member of Planet Fitness gym who complained to management about a “man” in female dressing room, ended up getting the boot and gym membership revoked.
Yvette Cormier told a local TV station she was just ‘voicing concerns,’ but management of the Michigan fitness center says her membership was revoked after she exhibited inappropriate and disruptive behavior towards other members.
Cormier told WNEM: “I was stunned and shocked. He looked like a man. . . He did not look like a woman. . . . “They told me . . . that he was allowed in there because that’s the sex he wants to be. This is very unprofessional. This is very scary.”
Planet Fitness in a statement according to Pink News: “Planet Fitness is committed to creating a non-intimidating, welcoming environment for our members. Our gender identity non-discrimination policy states that members and guests may use all gym facilities based on their sincere self-reported gender identity.”

LEXIE CANNES STATE OF TRANS 
I have been contemplating joining PF for a week or so now, and I’m petrified because I am a very Butch lesbian who will be very uncomfortable I am sure in either locker room…can’t we have a family changing room like some of the other gyms have now? It would make non-gender conforming people like me much more apt to join. I’m still not sure what to do about my own dilemma, but I am happy with PF for doing the right thing in this case. It will make me at least go and check out the local PF and see how they are set up.

I too was removed from a public rest room by security. I was at the Time working the streets selling Big Issue paper for homeless. I had been up all night. I needed a shave (early transition). I was dressed female but I did not think it would go well if I went in the female side. I started shaving and a man in there made a complaint that there was a woman having a shave in their rest room!! What a dilemma. The security guard was as flabergasted as me and we laughed and laughed as we walked out through Euston Station. Love you all, Angie x x
Yes, a strange turn of events. But Inwould uncomfortable with a man innthe ladies change room and I wouldn’t use the ladies room if I thought I might be taken for a man. I just didn’t use them when the difference was obvious.

More places should have a “family room”, not for exclusively for transgender persons, but for many reasons, a person is handicapped and wants privacy… A very proper example might be ‘when a father has a 4yr old daughter and she wants to learn to swim, they need a pool and place to go swimming’, where do they change? You don’t send the four yr old into the ladies locker/shower room by themself, nor do you send the child in the men’s room. I personally wouldn’t want to make someone uncomfortable, this very reason does keep me from a gym as well. Not whining. …just saying
Well, it is all going to get very interesting, soon. Transhumans are coming out of the closet, spurred on by the attention that all the transsexuals and transvestites have garnered. Soon, we’ll need a male, female, multiple stages of transition back and forth between the two, Ooloi, multi, omni, pan, people who believe that their genitalia are beer bottles, reincarnated people who are all the sexes, and people who identify as dead, nonliving, etc.
Can’t wait to see what the loony bin turns up next. Now, I know I’m giving you just what you want, but some times a cold hard dose of truth just can’t be contained.
You’re the sex you were born. Just because society has made it easier for you to explore your mental illness doesn’t make it okay. You are male. You are female. You know this deep down, you’re just unhappy and you think that the problem is in your sexual identity. You’re no more a different sex than a koala is a penguin.
Now that I have you incensed, and you finally have something to focus on, I’ll leave you to it. But as you flip your hair back and prepare the cavalcade of “smart” answers you’ve been storing, let this ring in your mind from this day until your last:
Every time you see a bus with a photo on the side, I want you to see yourself. Successful, well dressed, and the sex you were born.
Every time you look up and see a billboard with someone on it, i want you to see your face staring back at you. Where it would be if you put your time and effort into solving your problems, instead of directing your issues elsewhere and trying to solve what isn’t really a problem at all.

Your looking for outraged response. You won’t get it from me. I would suggest that you look into a mirror. If you like the reflection you see, then change nothing. But my guess is you don’t, so your default position is to troll around saying silly things in a vain attempt to make yourself happy.
