This is what trans woman Chloe Jonnson read in a letter from CrossFit informing her that she was ineligible to compete in the woman’s division during upcoming CrossFit Games this July because she was ‘born a man’.
Again, CrossFit told her: “. . . that you are either intentionally ignoring or missed in high school.”

Whoa! Talk about handing over to your opponent ammunition that can be used against you in a lawsuit. And that’s exactly what Jonnson is doing, taking CrossFit to court!
I see this thing getting settled pronto once CrossFit attorneys get a hold of the lawsuit papers. In case anyone is wondering, Jonnson is 5’4″ and 151 pounds.

Respect to everyone who goes to the Court because of that (even if I am not believing in a fair state or justice) and reports it to the publicity, only this can change thinks.
