LEXIE CANNES STATE OF TRANS — The body of a Turkish trans woman was found Friday buried in the vineyard of her boyfriend’s place of employ. Sevda Basar of Antep, Turkey apparently died from a gunshot wound to the chest.
Ethem Orhan has admitted to the police of killing Basar. Additional details are not available.
Turkish news reports and social media postings indicates Basar was active in the trans/LGBT community.
