LEXIE CANNES STATE OF TRANS — In a bizarre incident that involved being shaken down by youths associated with a Zimbabwe political group after she used a women’s restroom, trans woman Ricky Nathanson of Bulawayo found herself then turned over to the police who stripped her to ‘confirm her gender’. This was done in the presence of 6 police officers. She was examined again at a hospital and sent to a jail cell after it was determined she was transgender.
At a court hearing, a judge ordered Nathanson released and scolded the police for their handling of the affair. The judge issued an arrest warrant for the leader of the ZANU PF youth group, Farai Mteliso, along with a warning to leave Nathanson, a board member of the Sexual Rights Centre, alone.
The Zimbabwe media however, has gone into a transphobic frenzy causing Nathanson to fear for her life and has since gone into hiding.

“youths associated with a Zimbabwe political group” ……. Wait, let me guess. Either the youth group is Muslim based, or it’s Christian based. In any case the ZANU PF Youth Group sounds like the Hitler Youth Groups started out to be. Ricky Nathanson needs to get the hell out of there ASAP.
They are really disgusting doing this to her. I don’t know what makes them think they have the right.

Thank goodness the judge was helpful, or the situation could have turned out even worse. I hope she is safe.
The people who run this country are utterly insane. Rhodesia used to be a country where life expectancy was 30 years-it is today. With the countries exported food today for connect with people starve and live off a handout From America. Even UN said its capital for living is the worsen the world. Most people would crawl on class to get Rhodesia back.
