THE GUERRILLA ANGEL REPORT — The notorious anti-transgender organization, the Pacific Justice Institute, was awarded the dubious honor of LGBT Misinformer of the year by Media Matters, a media watchdog organization.
Last Fall, the Pacific Justice Institute (PJI) was caught red-handed making up a false story about a transgender student harassing females in a bathroom in a transphobic attempt to sway public opinion against civil rights newly gained by transgender students — particularly in Colorado and California.
When caught, the PJI seemingly dismissed the deed on the basis that the trans students equality law by itself amounted to harassment simply whenever a trans student enters a restroom. However, the PJI did succeed in getting right-wing media to repeat their fabrication — for instance, FOX News gave the story notable airtime.

On a side note related to this, it seems to me that Fox could easily be classified as a hate organization.
That’s true, but getting classified as a hate group is anything but easy — we’re not going to find the kind of smoking gun at FOX News needed to do this.
