Trans athlete Fallon Fox gets the attention of Forbes writer Bob Cook!
THE GUERRILLA ANGEL REPORT — An article in Forbes magazine, of all places, titled: Schools On Notice To Figure Out How To Handle Transgender Athletes certainly got my attention! This is another indication that trans awareness is reaching deep into our society.
While I don’t agree with everything the writer, Bob Cook, said, however, it is a reasonably good snapshot of the current legal state of trans students and athletes in our schools (in the United States). A great link to share with clueless or ignorant administrators, school boards or athlete departments in your schools.
Forbes‘ Bob Cook:
“No matter how upset people might get over the mere existence of transgender students, or their participation in sports, schools nationwide are going to have to think about how they will handle the situation. Just shutting out transgender students is not an option.”
Further, Cook warns:
“An attorney writing for the National Federation of State High School Associations’ magazine made it pretty clear that if a school tries to prevent a transgender student from participating outright, it will risk losing a lawsuit based on Title IX, the Americans with Disabilities Acts, or various non-discrimination laws.”

I, for one is glad to see that at least some in mainstream media are on the ball — especially, from a publication that isn’t geared to student sports, education, or transgender or LGBT topics. Thumbs up to Forbes!
