Trans woman shot in Philadelphia 6 days ago . . . another transgender death dropping off the radar?

Philadelphia police — clueless or don’t care? (Photo: WPVI-TV)

THE GUERRILLA ANGEL REPORT — Philadelphia. Trans woman. Shot in the head. Unidentified. It’s now six days later and that’s still just about all we know.

A search of the Philadelphia news media came up with zip. Another trans death dropping off the radar . . .

Can any local trans people shed light on this?

(My thanks to those of you who brought this to our attention.)

  1. Please contact me via email to discuss the above incident. I was a good friend of the victim since childhood. We are still unclear on most of the details and her mother has yet to identify her. I will be reaching out to my media contacts in Philly as this progresses and could use your help.
