I consider Limbaughs comments ” Outrageous ” and totally out of line, lacking any sense of professionalism, common sense or respect, with that being said, as a person I am not offended, I can only be offended if I have any respect for the person making the comments, and in Limbaughs case I don’t !!! I don’t listen to his show or follow his hate. With that said I would love to see “us” move on and leave Limbaugh to wade back into his pool of crap and spread his hate without getting the national attention he loves and thrives on, attention, attention and more attention !!
Christy Ann, unlike things Rush has done in the past 20 years, we’ve a rare opportunity to actually hurt Rush’s ability make money. Once we break it, we can let Rush fade back into pool of crap, this time weakened, with a smaller audience and making less money — he might just simply quit instead.
Right now his show is making no money and stations still have to pay the fees and staff — something will break, soon! Give it two weeks and he’ll fade off our attention span. In the mean time, cover your eyes and plug your ears and let him pay the piper for his misdeeds!
I can totally agree with you on this point, I am always very careful about protecting our rights to speak our minds, it can be a very slippery slope as you know. But in this case let the public dictate his employment not the government. Good practice for this years election process !! let the people speak

Tje average, every day liberal numb-scull doesn’t listen to Rush. That are just a few assigned screwballs trying aways to catch him sauing or doing something wrong. These are the ones departing sponsors have decided to placate. Good riddance.
They have also left 15 million loyal listeners and potential customers.
I don’t deal with idiot companies any more than idiot individuals. There are plenty of wise sponspors out there whose marketing professionals will advise them to go and stay where the people are.
Rush Limbaugh is a mentality & a frequency. Others give him energy. Money fuels his engine. However there is an infinite intelligence. This force in nature will correct whats needs to be corrected. Let ole Rush, rush himself into the invisible mind.

Isn’t enough, I will gladly send his some of my cash to tide him over till he picks up new sponsors, as he surely will.
I have not watched or listened to the leftist networks in over three years. I watch NOVA, the History Channel, the Weather Channel, and home movies; and listen to Christian Radio and Conservative Talk Radio where I can learn the truth. This is all my family and I need.

IF and only IF you were offended by Bill Maher calling women tw@ts and c*nts and his endless attackes on a woman named sarah palin. Only IF you were as offended by him would i believe for a moment this was about his Rush and his comments about this lady. You are not offended by maher and stayed quiet and allowed him to remain on the air even after his rants. Oh and lets not forget maher and every news outlets attacks on the daughters of sarah palin.
If this is about negative comments on women then apply it equally but you don’t so stop pretending. If you want to hut Rush turn the dial and don’t buy from his sponsors but you can do that WITHOUT this feigned anger over a comment you said nothing about when it was directed at the MINOR childern of sarah palin and women in general from your idols on the left.
That being said I know how to vote with my wallet and just ignore this peice of trash and Bill maher and others like him! Turn the channel they have a right to speak I have a right not to listen.
Sarah Palin is a public figure. Sandra Fluke was not at the time. By the way, Bill Mahler is one of the few people that is standing with Rush and his apology.
Rush causes chaos for people not listening to him, hence the reining in of his sponsors. “Free speech” works both ways. The people have spoken.
