Australian authorities have since removed the 6-year-old child from the home. This story came out as a result of a (Australian) Supreme Court judgment posted last month.

My comments: I’m not sure what the “preparation for sex change” comments have to do with the incident other than to sensationalize the story. Also, I’m wondering if there is more to this incident than has been reported. If anyone has further information, please share!

I know the family is question. The child was only in their custody until he was 2. The clothes put on him were sometimes pink, but they had fostered other children before and if they were just staying home that day they would sometimes put some pink pants or a pink singlet on him. They are just hand me downs. No photo I can remember was ever of him in girls clothes anyway. Yes, there were some photos online of him but mostly they were him as the ring boy in a wedding and that was in a little suit!!
Thanks for that Jack. The responses from my post on Facebook also indicated that the “newspaper” is more of a tabloid. Seems like this whole thing was made a mountain out of a molehill.
