‘Crime Against Nature’ Law turn poor black women, TG people into sex offenders in Louisiana

Louisiana residents, call Gov. Bobby Jindal and request these laws be taken off the books.

THE GUERRILLA ANGEL REPORT — ” Survival sex” sometimes engaged by  poor trans people to simply survive, is a FELONY in Louisiana and requires registering as a sex offender after a conviction.

These “Crime Against Nature laws” laws forbidding anything type of penetrating sex except vaginal sex, are still on the books in that state. Forty percent of sexual offenders in that state were convicted under those laws, of that group, 80% are black women! Vaginal sex with a prostitute is only a misdemeanor.

The Center for Constitutional Rights has filed a lawsuit against the state arguing its obvious discriminatory nature, especially against poor women and some in the transgender community.

So far a judge has refused to throw out the lawsuit allowing it to proceed. Kind of hard to believe that there are those that are still trying to enforce these laws. If you live in Louisiana, call your Governor and tell him to get these laws off the book — he’d be interested because his name is on the lawsuit — Doe vs. Jindal.
