LEXIE CANNES STATE OF TRANS — While there still is no mention of the victim’s “learning disability” in the latest Times report, the My Ballard neighborhood website has been updated and other than a newer report from the police, most of the original information remains the same, including her learning disability and the lack of the “child’s” age.

The parents didn’t take her to hospital for 4 days because the injuries weren’t apparent, although a hospital spokesperson did say her injuries could have been fatal without medical attention.
