THE GUERRILLA ANGEL REPORT — A transgender woman  working for TSA who was fired after 2 years of employment for using the women’s bathroom and refusing to present as a male reached a settlement. The Transgender Law Center assisted Ashley Yang, 29, with her contesting of the firing from her LAX workplace. As part of the settlement, the TSA  will provide sensitivity training.
